Policies
My commitment is to turn your visualization of your music into reality in a timely manner. Im determined to create your next momentous music video and in order to do so ; I have to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables me to better utilize available appointments for my clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Payment
50% of the production fee is to reserve your shoot date and start the pre-production process(if any).However The 50% down payment is non-refundable.I require the remainder of your total to be paid in full 24 hours before your shoot or the day of your shoot date(Cash ,Cash App, and Apple Pay.)
Rescheduling
You will have up to two weeks from your booking date to reschedule your shoot date, anything after the two week time period will result in sending another deposit.
Cancellation
You're able to cancel your booking any at any time however the deposit fee is "Non-refundable". I do not provide credit for future bookings and you will have to re-book and send another deposit. I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss the chance to receive my services.
No Show
A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged the entire deposit and it will be non-refundable. .
NOTICE
Santanaa Filmz reserves the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours before the appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without any additional fees, subject to availability.
What if the weather is bad?
If the travel conditions are dangerous we can reschedule the shoot with no penalty.
